Jake Anderson, as he is famous of, was one of the stars from the popular TV reality show Dealiest Catch. I have been watching the show and I can really say that it was very fantastic. But, Jake with a missing father, is a sad one.

It was almost 4 months since Keith Anderson, Jake's father, had been missing. The public has been asked to help locate Keith Anderson by the Anacortez Police Department. Still, no results happened.

According to ecanadanow.com:

"Keith Anderson started his day as usual meeting son Chris for their morning cup of coffee. He ran errands and helped move one of his daughter's washer and dyer. That afternoon on January 6, 2010 Anderson went to meet a friend who would give him oxycontin. He normally would get what he needed and turn around and come home. The trip would take 3-4 hours of time. The last sighting of Keith Anderson was in a town 120 miles away on that afternoon.

Everyone's worry has now turned to fear. Jake Anderson just wants to know what happened to his father. The official search ended on January 22, 2010."

Edith Shain, the name that comes from silence to shame. Who really she is? This is the question that most people who are interested about that photo are asking. Sadly, as it was announce, already died.

She became famous after Alfred Eisenstaedt published his iconic WWII photo in which an American soldier grabs and kisses her. This is the turning point that cause a nurse to become very famous. She died on Sunday at the venerable age of 91, in her Los Angeles home.

Iconic images like that is always remembered. They actually brought meaning to a reality in a clearer and brighter perspective. That pose of her, as we try to remember, was the marvelous feeling that was flooding the nation after Japan surrendered. The photograph also appeared in Life magazine.

"Alfred Eisenstaedt, who died in 1995 recalled the day when he took the photo, saying that he decided to follow the cheering crowd heading for Times Square. Fortunately he was in the right place at the right time, when Shain, who was a nurse at Doctor's Hospital met the young soldier, who's identity still remains unknown. In that second his gesture became a part of history."

Edith Shain will always be remembered because of this photo. She leaves behind three sons, six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
