"An eight part first series was made in the latter half of 2005, and aired in early 2006. The TV drama was then re-commissioned for a second series.[3]

The second series of the drama series finished airing on 26 April 2007. "Lieutenant Junior Grade Daniel Kaffee (Cruise), son of a former Attorney General and Navy Judge Advocate General, is an inexperienced U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General's Corps lawyer who leads the defense in the court-martial of two Marines, Private First Class Louden Downey and Lance Corporal Harold Dawson, who are accused of murdering a fellow Marine of their unit, PFC William Santiago, at the Guantanamo Bay Naval Base in Cuba.
